Some people say that you can't play drums in church!  Some people say that you can't play the bass, or an electric guitar!  Some people say that you can't play rock and roll!  Well the bible says to make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth:  make a LOUD noise, and rejoice, and sing praise!  (psalms 98:4)
    And all the house of Israel played before the LORD on ALL manner of instruments. (2 Samuel 6:5)  O clap your hands, all you people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph.  (Psalm 47:1)  Praise Him with trumpet, lute and harp.  Praise Him with tambourines and processional.  Praise Him with stringed instruments and horns.  Praise him with cymbals, yes, loud clanging cymbals. (Psalm 150:4 and 5)
    There are some people that no preacher is ever going to reach. We try to reach them through heavy metal music.  That's why we play it.
    We alsp play it because when we play from the heart, that's what comes out.  God knows that it's good and God know that we are playing it for him in praise.
    So the next time that someone says that it's wrong to play rock music in church, tell them that it's not as evil sounding as that scary old pipe organ and that love flows through it because it is played from the heart.  So make a LOUD noise, and rejoice, and sing praise!
